According to his translation, Arango said that Piatti is considering going to back his former club, San Lorenzo of Argentina, to play in the FIFA Club World Cup in December and January.

Although it does seem like Piatti wants to go back on a loan bases, it’s still discouraging that a player who was just brought in is already looking for a way out.
Don’t forget, Piatti made comments on an Argentine radio show that he wanted to sign for a bigger club in the MLS, such as a team in New York or Miami.
