Montreal Canadiens Michael Bournival Sent To Hamilton
By Jared Book
The Montreal Canadiens made a minor move today after practice sending Michael Bournival to Hamilton of the American Hockey League.
However, the move is only temporary as TVA Sports Renaud Lavoie reports that Bournival will be back with the team on Monday.
Bournival has not played this season, and is likely to be in rotation with Jiri Sekac but before throwing him into NHL action cold, the Canadiens would like him to work into game shape. Today at practice, Bournival split time with Sekac on a line with Lars Eller and Rene Bourque.
The Bulldogs play two games this weekend on Friday and Saturday. Both games are at home.
